- How it works (plain English)
- NAD+ is a coenzyme central to cellular energy metabolism. Precursors such as nicotinamide riboside are studied for their ability to raise NAD+ levels, which decline with age.

- Oral precursors are generally well tolerated in trials; long-term clinical outcome data in humans remain limited.

- Known hypersensitivity; limited data in pregnancy/breastfeeding.
