Shipping & Refund Policy

How billing and payment work
Diadara provides a technology platform and administrative services. Consultations, memberships, and any recurring billing are processed through our platform. Medications are dispensed by independent licensed US compounding pharmacies only after a licensed provider has issued a valid prescription. This policy explains how shipping, cancellations, and refunds are handled. Checkout, billing, and your patient portal are operated on the Rimo platform.
Subscriptions, auto-refills & prescription terms
Plans are subscriptions that auto-refill on a recurring schedule so your treatment isn't interrupted. Over time, your provider may adjust your dose — and, with that change, your price may step up or down — based on their review of how you are doing. Any change is made only with licensed-provider approval; Diadara and Sage do not change your dose.
Prescriptions have a limited validity period: GLP-1 prescriptions are typically valid for up to 6 months, and other prescriptions for up to 12 months, after which a new provider review is required to continue. You can cancel a subscription at any time (see below); cancellation stops future auto-refills and charges going forward.
Shipping
Orders are filled and shipped by independent licensed pharmacies only after a licensed provider has issued your prescription. Medications ship in discreet, unbranded packaging. Most orders ship within one to three business days. Temperature-sensitive medications ship with appropriate cold-chain packaging. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Prescription medications cannot be returned
For your safety and as required by law, prescription medications generally cannot be returned, resold, or reused once they have been dispensed or shipped, and are not eligible for a return-based refund. If something is wrong with your order, do not discard it before contacting us.
Refunds
Whether a charge can be refunded depends on what the charge was for:
- Medication. If a licensed provider determines you are not eligible for treatment before your medication is dispensed, you are not charged for that medication. Once dispensed or shipped, medication is non-returnable and is generally not refundable.
- Consultation fees. Any consultation-fee refund is handled under the terms presented at the time of that charge.
- Membership fees. Membership fees may be refundable in limited circumstances. Cancelling stops future billing going forward but does not automatically refund a fee already charged or medication already dispensed.
Cancelling a membership or recurring billing
You can cancel a membership or recurring plan at any time from your patient portal, or by contacting Patient Care at support@diadara.com. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund a completed charge or dispensed medication.
Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is incorrect, contact Patient Care at support@diadara.com before discarding anything, and we will work with the pharmacy to make it right.
