A licensed provider reviews
Your structured intake goes to a provider at an independent, physician-owned practice. They make every clinical decision — diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions.
Care, delivered discreetly
If appropriate, your provider prescribes and you manage everything — treatment, refills, and follow-up education — from your private portal.
Who actually treats you
Diadara (the platform)
Diadara is a technology and administrative-services company. We build the platform, Sage, the storefront, and handle logistics. We do not practice medicine and we never make clinical decisions.
The medical practice
Your care comes from an independent, physician-owned professional corporation. Its licensed providers review your intake, diagnose, treat, and prescribe. They're the ones in charge of your medicine.
